We had a truly lovely day :o) Yes, I did make her a birthday cake, triple layer chocolate sponge with home made blackcurrent jam, thick cream and the new Phillidelphia Chocolate cheese. Sorry no pics, but of course I did have a sample slice :o) We bought her a large fridge freezer for her gift - it was what she wanted. Rose H x
