Mary of A Breath of Fresh Air wins the Country Diary P/Cards

Ann of A Sentimental Life wins the Victorian Children P/Cards

Marty of A Stroll Through Life wins the Handy Shopper

Please email me (secondhandrose1atbtinternetdotcom)  with your address details and I will get them off to you within the next few days.  Please forgive the way I've written the address, but I've started to get a huge amount of spam at this address :o(

Hello lovely - For some reason you've fallen off my blog roll and I've just caught up with your goings on - so sorry to hear you've been poorly. I had a mouth infection and tooth abscess over Christmas after some dental work so I totally empathise with your feeling poorly. Glad to see you're on the mend. xxxxx

Hi Rose, I have just dropped by to say thanks for your comments, and for reading my long post!

The special make up I have is two stage - a concealer cream type applie with a brush followed by a liberal coating of white powder which I leave on for ten minutes and then brush off. The two form some kind of bond and work together so that when the excess powder is brushed off, I have a fairly good coverage (most days at least)and the colour is perfect. It's very messy business though!

The cold is making my nose sore at the moment but I'm trying to keep it protected with lots of moisturiser as I've been told. I can't wait for it to heal and then I can use my make up again!

I'll probably do update posts on my blog every so often now.
